  "We don't do that type of work" because he thought he would not make enough money off of the job(s). We own several properties and he just heard the words "mobile home park" and said no to the job(s) saying he wanted only custom built homes to work on. A guy in Desert Hot Springs only wants to work on Custom Built Homes. Good luck staying in business. Rude. Unprofessional.
